it really depends on some fine details
for example: you can consider unicorn gundam as a super robot, and you could say the robots on FSS are real robots

the thing with real robot is less about the tech and more about how it's treated in-universe. if the robot is only an instrument of war, accounted for like a jeep, tank or helicopter, you can say it's real robot. if it's an awe inspiring heroic thing, you can say it's a super robot.

One could also argue there are exceptions to that it too. I remember someone provided counterarguments the last time this was brought up. Ultimately, the difference between the two is extremely hard to define and honestly shouldn't matter compared to what the rest of the media the robot in question is in does.

If the pilot shouts out attack names (even punches and kicks) then it's a Super Robot show.

If the pilot doesn't, then it's a Real Robot show.

This is the ONLY consistent distinction between the two.
