Or two Newtype Idols hitting it off so well they form the concert equivalent of Axis Shock, but inspiring those who felt it to go euphoric off the tunes. Granted, that's assuming they have a Psycoframe stage and Psychoframe speakers and microphones.

Or in a tangent, deliberately using Newtype Idols to control the populace, in a smaller scale of Angel Halo.

And frankly, the lifespan of the Windies doesn't really make them a threat.
They may be superhuman, but ultimately in a VF fight a good human pilot or even a cyborg pilot could match them.
And Windies don't live long(That's most probably their greatest weakness since their leadership would be considered inexperienced to the other species and could be more prone to making more mistakes)
Winderemere could never last in a prolonged war without the use of shit like Protoculture mindcontrol magic anyway. Just bumrush them with numbers and they'll fall quick in a normal war.
