QuanT is generally considered the true successor of Exia. I think that all three of them, Exia, 00, QuanT, are pretty great.

The only thing I do not like about QuanT is the GN Sword V, for the rest, it's a nice design.

I thought the regular 00/00 Raiser was pretty ugly, so I was really happy to see this thing gravitate more towards the sleek, slender Exia aesthetic. I like the sword + shoulder shield formation a lot. But I admit the combined sword and gun look a little silly, specially standing still as plamo.

The RG Qan[T] is my next kit, and I'm super looking forward to it.

The anime's presentation of the mechs turned me off, because they were too glossy. The kits, however, gave me new found appreciation.

Pretty much what >>15744236 said. 00 was nice (particularly in model form) but a bit on the "generic" side compared to Exia and QanT, which look like something from another planet.

I also agree the sword is the only thing I don't particularly care for. The body design, however, is pure sex, especially that chest mmm.

I'm really torn between most gundams in 00. I still can't decide between 00 and Exia. I even game to love Zabanya after hating it when I first saw the fences. QAN[T] doesn't have enough screentime in my opinion. There was no solid scene where I thought "Yes, I really love this". Zabanya had enough to flip me, but QAN[T] did not.

TL:DR I like it but I don't know where it fits in with me because I didn't see enough.
