Last time on /srwg/

Sahib was defeated in battle, and was sent to the Shadow Realm.

There he was able to face off against all his inner demons and be reborn, as a Gold Saint.

Wielding the might of Excalibur, he launched in the Core Fighter and returned to planet Namek to do battle with the evil /srwg/.

By defeating /srwg/, he was able to convince them that a path of shitposting was not the true path of a Sahibslayer, and that they were a thousand years too early to face him.

But should they ever try to face him, he reminded them, that he's the kind of person who wouldn't die even if he was killed.

So, instead, Sahib was able to convince the denizens of /srwg/ to spend less time shitposting and more time watching robot anime.

Next time on /srwg/, Sahib gets sent to school so he can become a Magic Hero Gamer.

You get it in Act 1 instead of Act 3 if you take the Dunbine split, and then if you did that you later get the Night Camo Bilbine when you would normally get regular Bilbine.

Touya actually already has Accel. The advantage Tenia offers is that she gets Accel sooner than he does and pulls it from an SP pool that's not his. This is good because you want to pair Touya with Axel so they can use Axel's Twin Drive command, have Tenia Accel them into the fray, then spam dragon beams all day every day. Draco Slave and Seiryuin have extremely compatible and massive attack ranges as ALLs, so there's no mook squad in the game that they can't evaporate on counterattack.

Tenia also gets Valor, so basically she doubles the number of times that Touya can use the main commands that he wants.

Yeah well that's basically it, the show got axed at its third-cour and the final-cour was fast-forwarded into 1 episode. Thankfully it was popular enough for them make an OVA with a longer ending.

So lets say you have a Shooter Hyaku Shiki that has two limit breaks, and you get ahold of the Blaster one through the R+, and you decide you want to use the Blaster one because it's actually good. Normally, this would be giving up the limit breaks you have - your Blaster Hyaku Shiki would only be able to get to 65. But if you use one of those, the Shooter's limit breaks would also get applied to the Blaster, and it'd end up at 75.

There are a few limitations though. It works with the same unit, but basically any variation discounts that - other pilots, some holiday editions, every event prize except the ones that automatically give that item out, and of course upgrades all fail (so Marvel Dunbine can't buff Shou Dunbine, the red thing from Oz can't buff its summer version, event King J-Der can't buff the R+ one, and God Gundam can't buff its Hyper Mode version amongst many others) But it's still an item that has a decent amount of use... also one you'll know when you need, as its main use is with Taikis and Blaster/Fighter editions.

Probably not. Granteed was released initially as an event unit to celebrate OGMD coming out (see also Cybuster in OE amongst others) and while there is technically a second version, that's purely because they never release event units out of events. It's a Fighter. It has the same animations and abilities and everything as the event Defender.

(Valsione R got the same thing, except since its event unit was a Shooter, there's a Blaster version out there.)


That said if they make J Portable or something, it's totally possible.

Mazinkaiser is arguably better than Granteed.

Combattler is broken in much the same way it always is - it gets ten fuckloads of SP and in those days it had 30 spirits to choose from off five pilots. On top of that, J has Voltes, and Voltes + Combattler in any game not from the Alphas = 2 man combos that are really powerful.

Mazinger becomes Mazinkaiser, which for some absurd reason has like 1800 armor and 95 mobility and the third strongest attack in the game (Double Burning Fire only loses to Shuffle Doumei Ken and Double Voltekka. DBF is boosted by Mazinpower, though, so it might beat SDK in final damage - Double Voltekka is backed by Soul and wins outright).

Its restriction is that it only has one part slot, but oops the way J works that means you can permanently bolt a part's effect to it when it upgrades (protip - stick something really good in Mazinger's second part slot. Probably an EN increaser at that point in the game). It has minor EN issues totally lost on the fact that it also has a 99 ammo move.

I made this up last year but the general idea was

Long ago, the Earth was a barren wasteland ruled by the Reptites, however one day a meteor crashed on Earth, causing a shift in the world balance. The earth slowly advanced its technology and was once a super power with immense control over magi-techonology, however due to its overuse, magic died out and human society collapsed. Many years later, the world has once again returned to its feet however this time magic no longer exists.

Meanwhile, in an alternate dimension where the reptites won the war, humanity waged a long grueling battle against their oppressors, however with the aid of a mysterious force, they eventually won the war and built a prosperous space fearing race. While some members of humanity went out into space to explore, others stayed behind to keep things in check. Things progressed smoothly when one day mysterious red flowers known as the bloom suddenly spawned all over the earth leading to the revival of the long thought to be dead "Dragons". Meanwhile in space, humanity is losing the war against an unknown foe that cannot be detected by conventional radar.

Meanwhile, a force stirs in the shadows seeking to bring chaos to both worlds.

There's a lot of timey wimey shenanigans involved in order to put the three worlds together and things like the Dragons being responsible for humanity's growth would be relevant. People like Dhaos and Magus take on anti-hero roles and even Ultimecia isn't that evil because everyone is basically trying to stop VFD from forming and resetting the entire universe again. Then probably, when the team beats it, you'll find out that the Dragons were just putting humanity in a time loop, as its the only way to stop the Devourer of Time from destroying space/time on a whole and that they were just waiting to see if they'd ever eat enough races to become strong enough to stop it themselves or if one of their races would be enough to defeat the beast.
