Whoa, pretty cool for an fan production.
>>15708403
>someone else browses the lounge on /m/
Can't say I'm too surprised. You're cool anon.
>>15708403
This looks pretty amazing for something that I assume had near zero budget. The voice acting in particular does not suck, that's pretty crazy for a fan project.
>>15708403
Still one of the most ambitious fan projects from 80s I've ever watched. The only more ambitious that I can think of is Kyodai Uchūsen Alphard by Yoshida Akari

The end credits said that Kei and Yuri's seiyuus were anonymous
>>15708817
oh shit I know that guy
>>15708817
They're probably dead.
>>15708403
A lot of '60s anime looked worse.
>>15708403
Is there more info on this?
>>15710846
A lot of right fucking now anime looks worse. Almost all of it in fact. What are you even saying?
>>15711799
Likely. However, when dealing with really obscure shit like this, it's up to you to track down and email the creators.
>>15711799
It is in the description of the video
>>15708817
I really doubt it. This was <40 years ago, and Jap women practically live forever
>>15708403
I keep getting the 'video not available' message when trying to watch this, did anybody save it?
>>15714191
It still works for me.
>>15713284
I'm talking from a technical perspective. Current shows may be ugly and cheap but they're never as crude as stuff like Eightman and Gigantor was.
>>15714799
yeah but at least cheap shows back then hard "warmth"/didn't look like they were made in a program
>>15714799
I'd take this over a lot of current stuff any day of the week.
>>15708403
Wow, that would really deserve a better quality transfer.
>>15717949
It was shot on cheap 8mm film. That may be the best you can do without spending stupid money.
>>15714799
Shh anon you're not allowed to talk shit about old shows. Everyone knows everything is garbage nowadays and the older a series is, the better.
>>15714799
>Current shows may be ugly and cheap but they're never as crude as stuff like Eightman and Gigantor was.
I kinda prefer the crudeness of early anime, but that's probably more because I'd rather watched badly animated shows about cyborgs and robots than shows about badly animated cute girls.
>>15714799
Ugly cheap shows today come off as tacky, artificial and made out of plastic. Older crude shows at least have heart and charm. I like something like Konosuba's cheapness because, like those older shows, it's got character. Most modern shows can't say the same.
>>15718115
I never said they were bad, just very amateurish. Probably because they were made by amateurs rushed by the unprecedented requirements of television.
>>15718822
>>15718853
I personally feel that the janky unwieldy look made it paradoxically more natural and human. You could tell that it was made by actual people even if they were apathetic sweatshop workers as opposed to some . I guess it's a bit like vinyl records in that way.
>>15718112
That youtube video is rubbish and overcompressed/smoothed to hell. Sure it should be able to look better - still fuzzy but not like 10th generation VHS cap filtered by Anime-Takover and then compressed to 300kbps by Youtube.
>>15720076
are there ebooks for easy piracy of the books?
>>15708403
What's this? a korean knock-off?
>>15720403
Looks to be a student film.
>>15720403
Nope, it's a Japanese-made "fanfilm"
>>15726612
why is amuro dressed like that
>>15727020
He's a slut.
>>15714799
>>>/a/
You have a point, but even so, >>>/a/

>I'd rather watched badly animated shows about cyborgs and robots than shows about badly animated cute girls.
Why do you get a pass for saying that. Whenever I say the same on 4chan people jump down my throat and start going on about "manimefags" whatever the fuck thats supposed to be
I suppose because you avoided saying "moe" or "loli"
