Komon's the main perspective character. We learn about the other characters, the conflicts of the setting, and the person who IS Ultraman through how he interacts with all of it. I like that set-up, even though it's unusual for an Ultraman series.

Orb has 5 forms from the main TV show and they don't detract from the story at all. He's basically a veteran Ultra from the first episode and doesn't waste time learning his powers. There are 2 upgrades they spend time on but those are part of significant character arcs.
Also most Ultras from Tiga onwards have 3+ forms anyway. The only one that has significantly more is X.

This is a Sakamoto show, so I'm sure the Acro Smasher debut will be pretty great as well, but it's gonna be hard to beat this one.

Geed seems to be showing off the property damage these fights cause a lot more. Every time he's flown away at the end of a fight so far, you see all the smoke and crumbling buildings.
