Well okay, I guess we're going all in on King Arthur references. Will there be a Byarlant Custom Isolde too? Is there going to be a Byarlant love triangle? Will there be sailships in space somehow?

It basically already is a Byarlant Custom, just with shitty weapons.

I won't complain about more Byarlants though. The world needs more Byarlants.
>>
>>15623644
Gundam doesn't really go for the love triangle thing much, and I think that's a good thing. As for sailships in space, they've already done that in Crossbone so it wouldn't be unheard of.

No, the Isolde is based off the original Byarlant. The only difference is the new Gundam head.

What are you talking about, it's in almost every single Gundam series.

>No, the Isolde is based off the original Byarlant. The only difference is the new Gundam head.
The Byarlant Isolde is a Byarlant with the shoulder and rear thrusters of the 01 custom, and everything else is stock Byarlant except for the Gundam head.

It's a Custom 01 and Byarlant kitbash with a Gundam head. The standard Byarlant doesn't have any of the extra features shown on the Isolde. They come straight from the 01.
>>
>>15623644
Please god tell me the Byarlant isn't a P-Bandai, it looks like it might be the only good kit to come out of this fucking show.

Anon, I...

How did they get this top of the line elite Titans unit from the war 10 years ago?
>>
>>15623852
Assuming it's like the Tristan, they literally dug it out of a junk heap.
>>
>>15623853
What about the Jegans?
Those are more modern than a decade old MS and a 2 decade old Gundam
>>
>>15623708
>>15623644
So this will be an customized version of the original Byarlant instead of the Byarlant Custom? This is slightly more interesting than the other two kits so far. I hope they included an alternate head so fans don't have to wait for Bandai to release another recolour of THE original Byarlant.

Top of the line elite Titans unit of which only one was supposedly made, which then turned into three in Unicorn.

Space magic, Anon. That's how they got it.
>>
>>15623752
The Custom 01 and Byarlant have the same shoulders m8. It's the arms, feet, and extra thrusters that are different. The rest is just "updated" artstyle
>>
>>15623864
It's only a customized version of the Byarlant for lore purposes. In reality, it's a Byarlant Custom 01 with a different head, Byarlant arms, and Byarlant feet. Virtually everything else is identical to the Custom. You could literally make an Isolde by buying a Byarlant and a Byarlant Custom 01 kit and swapping those parts. Only thing you'd be missing is the head, which doesn't look as cool as the Byarlant's head anyways.
>>
>>15623853
Why would the federation throw them away instead of keeping them in a warehouse or a museum?
>>
>>15623872
This is no HGUC Byarlant though.
and I doubt there will be even with this, p-bandai at best

Jegan proportions were always in this weird 80's realm for me of at once boringly over-utilitarian and somehow overstylized. Also a little too Patlabor somehow.

The detail-pushing Jesta is more appealing simply because the silhouette is less strange for me.

IFF Jegan ever gets a Re:1/100 release Bandai will definitely try to Jew everyone all over again

>Too Patlabor

Well it is designed by Izubuchi, so the similarity of style are somewhat obvious

I didn't like the limb and body proportions of the original Jegan. You saw the "Patlabor" in it because both were designed by Izubuchi.

Jegan definitely benefited from the Unicorn redesigns, and we got the Stark Jegan out of it too.

Speaking of Byarlant all hail gottagofast suits.
>>

>>15623866
>turned into three
Two, actually. The two new Byarlant Customs are actually the same unit, but in different colors and different pilots depending on the manga it appears in. But yeah, you're still right though about it multiplying. Maybe one of the two customs is the original Byarlant, and the other one is made from spare parts or something. Which one of the two the Isolde is, who the fuck knows.

Now that molds for the original Byarlant exist, presumably we'll get a Byarlant HG in the Revive line, which has been heavily focused on Z for a while now.

do you not see how xobox heuge the byarlant is naturally compared to average 1/144 gunpla?
