I love 00 for a myriad of reasons as well. Will be watching for the stream but recommend doing it in 1/2 season blocs. One episode per week's going to get extremely old fast, not to mention the trouble of setting it up and remembering.

To answer your other questions:

Is everyone fine with the stream being 5 eps per week?

Which would mean a total of 10 weeks to stream all 50 eps.
I don't know whether to put the film at the end of the 10th stream or to feature it in an 11th stream, with it preceded by the 2nd chibi promo, as tacking the movie to the end would make the stream around 3 hours long.
