Your english is wildly confusing but I'll respond anyway.

Crisis suits are something like 8-10 meters tall, where Gundam standard is 18 meters with its smallest being about 15 meters and the tallest MS being about 30 meters. The difference in size, armor and weapons (beam vs plasma) probably would make Tau tech either wildly inferior or wildly superior to Gundam tech. It's hard to tell which depending on which show we're talking about. Even early UC differs greatly to late UC. I can't really think of a way to merge Tau into Gundam barring the Warp which GW seem to like making the Tau avoid like the plague. Not to mention, Tau canon already has some not-so subtle references to Gundam what with Farsight's red MS and Neo Zeon-esque enclave.

I'd say Tau are probably likely to get rekt by some of the insane shit like Unicorn, but then they fight Space Marines on the reg and those guys don't fuck around. Really, we'd need more information on exactly what weapons and armor come into play.
