I think it'd make more sense for Masamune to just make his own new Bugvisor, since being president of Genm Corp again he probably has all the resources he needs. If he does end up being Cronus, I think that'd be a more elegant solution than stripping Poppy of her status as a Rider.

I also personally doubt any old Chronicle Gashat can get you Cronus. I speculate it'd require the original KRC Gashat, which Masamune may also have access to if he takes over Genm Corp as it is now.

It was probably meant to ration the use of 2-3 cards combo, as well as using cards from other suites. But the writer never got around to writing it in as part of the fight, only Leangle used another Rider's attack once (Chalice's spinning dance) when he got his entire deck, and he had to say the attack himself because the rouzer didn't have sound for it.

You can't even use a card more than once per transformation without the shuffle card from someone's deck (Chalice I think). Overall the system was pretty poorly thought out

We really don't know the specifics of the setting so we can't really say but probably not. There's lot of games where the main character has some sort of unholy power but still is the protagonist. For all we know it's a Kamen Rider scenario where the Dangerous Zombie MC has to become a cyber zombie to stand a chance. Dangerous Zombie is just like Tokimeki Crisis. They are both unique and don't work similar to the other Gashats.

There are never true rivals (if even "rivals") in dating simulation games, and the protagonist can ALWAYS choose the ending they desire. So Ren isn't the rival of Tokimeki Crisis, but the protagonist himself. Emu had to cheat by reprogramming Poppy in order to cancel Ren's effect, which seemed completely permanent.

Dangerous Zombie is a game, which requires its user to be Undead in order to function. One could argue that Dangerous Zombie is a game Dan made that simulates the future of the protagonist (aka, him). For example, in Dark Souls the main protagonist is tasked with the job of defeating the current Lord and replacing him. The Lord is corrupted, but that is also an inevitable fate for the main protagonist. Hence, the current "antagonist" was once the protagonist. And the current protagonist will one day become the next "antagonist".

That is probably what they went for with Dangerous Zombie. It symbolized Dan winning his "game" and turning into the antagonist himself.

Dangerous Zombie death does counts as death, but his revivals are not similar to the Gorider and the Proto-Proto-MAX one. The latter are just Dan's subconsciousness stored in a Gashat. The formal is just Dan's body overcoming death. The "original" Dan died when Parad killed him, not when he died from his first Game Over. The Gorider one and the PP-MAX are two different Dan(s) though.
