I can see why people dislike it. It has very little Cutie Honey like qualities. Honey doesn't even say anything when she transforms. You don't even hear the theme song, but the movie is rather competent in the sfx department, and direction is alright so far. I guess getting the gits opening director to do this probably wasn't a good idea.

Nice ending. I guess the movie was alright. I can't hate it.

I think it should have been longer though, at least 2 hours long.

The 2004 movie for example started out great, but then for a good chunk, it started stagnating.

I didn't feel this was the case with Tears.

Are there any iterations of this franchise that actually put focus on the title character's robotic nature?
