I think the new translator does Rider, and then Take does Sentai with other shows being split up a bit. They also have a lot of free time so they sped through retranslating a lot of TV-N's older stuff and putting out HD releases for the,. They're not anything special but they're a better translator than Take.

TVN doesn't really do old shows, besides that time they dabbled on Changeman (back when Kingranger was their leader). They seem to be content to link people to Hi no Tori, for old stuff.
