Not really. The first three, yes (specifically, Shinn's VA was referring to Z), but Fukuda's complaints tend to be drastically blown out of proportion. It literally was that.

Before the final battle, Mana stopped working because Embryo was using all the energy. This caused a massive panic. A bunch of assholes decided to go to the palace and attack the only person still remaining (Ange's sister) because obviously she should know what to do now, right? It's not like we killed literally everyone sane in the government or anything.

At the time, Ange was fighting Salia, and got knocked into the building. She saw them about to beat up her sister, and they went "hey you should solve all our problems for us!" She responded... well, about the way you'd think she responded, and then she turned the gun on her sister, who it was established earlier was faking her injury (well, the initial injury wasn't faked and was caused around Ange, but it had healed ages ago) to get sympathy out of Ange and most of the others to get everyone to do everything for her.

Ange starts shooting, the sister starts crawling away, and eventually gets up and starts running. Ange stops, she realizes she's on her feet, and then Ange notes that this is the last thing she would probably do for her sister since it was almost certainly their last meeting, and so the girl should make something of herself. And then Ange left.

We see in the final few shots that Ange's sister was basically becoming Mini-Ange in the other world (leading a ragtag band of people to protect children and shoot assholes to death), so it's in the blood I guess.

Baldios is a show with a hell of a lot in common with Ideon (100+m robot, rather dour tone, inevitability at the end, didn't do well on TV and had to get its plot completed in a movie, made in 1980, that sort of thing.).

From what I can piece together from /m/, SRW Z, Baldios MADs, and other places, at the end of the show the villains, who were trying to escape their dead planet S1, enact a final plot to destroy resistance on Earth - they use an artificial sun to melt the ice caps. And they succeed. And the redrawn borders of Earth are exactly the same as S1, because when the S1ians thought they were going through a space warp, they ended up going through a time warp instead. Good news is, the good guys take them out... bad news is that stable time loop is in no way broken.
