Come up with a scenario where GP02 becomes the protag MS of a Gundam show.

Well, there's the obvious "0083 but from Gato's/Delaz Fleet POV".
Although the MRLS variant seems apt for a short sidestory about a Feddie mobile artillery/counterfire team of a regional unit mopping up Zeon remnants, where it's "the Gundam" to their dingy cannon-lugging Gundam/GM Ground Types.
But since there's only one GP-02 to ever have been built, I guess not. Then again, I heard that another GP-02 appears in Katana ?
Gato steals the Denodobrifgglmb instead of Duke Nukem and carrot kid has to stop him with the GP-02.

I say we make a new timeline called FC: Fatso Century.

>Neptune Zeon or some shit decides that fighting the Federation outright is a recipe for disaster
>So they decide to instead bombard Earth with asteroids from the asteroid belt
>The asteroids are both large and small because scifi physics
>And also have I-fields or beam shields or some shit to prevent those pesky Feddies from just blasting them from a distance
>GP02 and its nuke launcher is equipped along with a strike team to travel to the asteroid belt and defeat the new Zeon faction, while also using the nukes to destroy giant meteorites heading to Earth
Same setup as Stardust memory, only the Gundamjack wasn't successful and the Feds now has definitive proof of a substantial Zeon remnant faction. Roused to action, they consider their options for a counter strike, and decides that it would be better to deliver one decisive blow to the Zeon remnant fleet with the GP02's nuclear strike capabilities. Suspecting the possibility of a secret Zeon informant or spy amongst Federation rank, they quietly transfer the GP02 a week before the start of the operation to a new undisclosed base. There it will stay until the Zeon fleet is successfully located and the final, decisive blow could be struck.
The show will start with the quiet disassembly and relocation of the GP02. You'll get a shot said Zeon collaborator/future-Titans member cursing the Federation under his breath and Nina freaking out the next morning about her Gundam being missing. The rest of the show will be played out in two acts. The first part will be a relatively subdued affair with spy vs spy drama interspersed with scenes of a global team of scouting parties sent out to locate the Delaz Fleet and Zeon's guerrilla efforts to thwart the Federation parties. The second half takes place after the Delaz has been located and the Federation has begun preparations for the final attack. GP02 would have been reassembled, sent up along with its ship from a secret underground base in Siberia and launched into space under Zeon fire.

The final battles will be played out like a winning goal in a rugby match. The carrier and its escort will take the strike force as far as they could safely go and launch the main strike force toward the general coordinates of the Delaz Fleet on early versions of base jabbers. The main strike force will consist of the Dendrobium, the GP02 and its accessory of escort GMs. The Dendroibium and the surprise Neue Ziel will check each other. The escort will take GP02 right up to the blast radius of the nuke. GP02 makes final dash, completes mission and survive one final skirmish with minimal armament before a bittersweet reunion with surviving members of the original team.
tldr: Delaz goofed on gundamjack and Feds quickly locate the fleet and send a tiny elite team of soldiers because they are cheap fucks who don't want to waste more money after the OYW. Strike force completes its mission but suffer heavy losses and earn bittersweet yet satisfying ending.

zeek remnants are acting a fool again for the 100th time. Feds decide that its best to just nuke Axis or whatever so that just maybe those soupcan jockeys will finally get the point.
