You thought it was because of the black guy? Because its not that rare to see foreigners in tokusatsu. Recently, kr ghost had one in a recurring role for example. Also, how can they produce an episode before it gets dubbed? And further, for a dino thunder episode to be dubbed it had to be an english dt episode in the first place so just watching dt would have answered your question.

Is Abaranger not good? I've never watched it so I don't know. I did watch Dino Thunder during the Twitch marathon though. I really liked it. Kira has to be my favorite yellow ranger now.
