There were three Ruina wars that the Fury were involved in. One on the Fury planet, where Furyeim fought personally and apparently lost her body in the process, then one on Earth where Granteed Dracodeus fought alongside Baral against the Ruina on Earth and sealed the Fabula Fores Crossgate, then one in the modern day where Gu Landon unsealed the Crossgate and gave Josh's dad some data on the Cytron Control system, which Euzeth added some Calcerra Pulse Transmission system data to so that they were blended into the Sympathia. The idea was that the Ruina would kill all the humans, then Gu-Landon would drive the Ruina back and seal the Crossgate again with Granteed.

Because the Fury world got fucked even when Furyeim fought personally, it's pretty clear she's no match for Perfectio. At best she was able to cut the Crossgate in half so Perfectio wouldn't have a gate to exit through: there's no indication that's anything like what's required to actually kill Perfectio.

I just got the FC, and while it kept all the upgrades I gave to the Skullheart, the Skull Heart seems to have lost all it's upgrades and gained the ones from the F91 (which is pretty much nothing).

Skullheart is pretty shit anyway. 5 movement on a melee-only suit that's less powerful than 00 Quanta before Quanta even gets any upgrades is really rough. Full Cloth is a little better, but it's not a lot better. When the Freeze Bullet spammers are better than you for most of the game, you're in bad shape.

A granda who was an Ace pilot during the war fourty years ago, coming out of retirement to save his granddaughter from the bad guys. He gathers the old crew back together (Helen Mirren from RED, James Coburn from A Fistful of Dynamite and let's say a sassy black woman who can punch the shit out of you).
They use their old mechs that used to be super-powerful prototypes back in the day, but are kind of outdated now.
Their fifth member is now of the bad guys, so when they free the granddaughter she gets to be the fifth member of the team in his old mech.
The final updrage is that the five mechs combine together like Dancouga (Dancougold, if you will).
