That's not going to work, Brave was a 30 minutes commercial in response to the lack of interest in Transformers in the early 90s, so selling toys and merchandise is an important aspect when it comes to profiting from the series.
And even if they do, I don't think Bandai will allow Sunrise to make stuff for their main rival company, and that being said, Takara is currently not interested since they're doing well with TF.
