In all of fansubbing history, only two episodes got subbed for Jushin Liger.
Also, subninja as a term was born when a crewmember went MIA during the sub project for Xabungle, leading to the other members joking that the "sub ninjas" captured him. Since then, the term has stuck to stand in for subbers that start a project, only for them to be completely caught by real-life issues.

Few people seem too, and that's what's wacky to me about it. He's world famous yet the show which inspired him remains raw only.
Someone needs to fix this. The anime looks solid.

The anime came first. Liger took his name from the show. Watch the vid of his premiere. His first costume is directly based on the mecha.

yeah, but I mean, don't expect the anime to really involve the wrestler or vice versa, like that Parasite Eve movie that's based on the book and not the game, or Super Atragon and the live action Atragon
