I don't care what anyone says about MN9. He created Mega Man. For that, he will always be my hero. My childhood was filled with playing MM2-4 and MMX.

He didn't create Mega Man.

It's unfortunate that things played out the way they did, but IMO Megaman was dead long before Inafune left Capcom.
Also, my childhood was filled with playing Megaman 8 & MMX5.

My man. The PlayStation era of Mega Man is easily my favorite and too many Nintendo fanboys hate them for such petty reasons.MMX6 will always be part of my top 5 no matter how much the casuals try to hassle me for liking it.

I'm so sorry.

What does your top 5 list look like?
The PS Megaman Era had a shitload of potential, but Capcom definitely failed to capitalize on it.

For what?
Those were good times.

1. MM8
2. MMZ2
3. MMX
4. MMX6
5. MM1
The BN games don't quite make my top 5 even though they were also a part of my childhood. =(
They're still very near and dear to my heart, but they're so slow to start that it kills the replay value of them quite a bit. Certainly make up the latter half of my top 10 though!

This. He's the fucking Steve Jobs or Thomas Edison of Megaman.

My list would probably look like..
1. MM8
2. MM64/Legends
3. MML2
4. MMX5
5. MM7
