Miller's Report is just a compilation of the first 8 or 9 episodes of the series with a small side plot that ties it together. Chronologically happens before the final assault on the zeek mountain base and so that last few episodes are not included.

There's also Battle in Three Dimensions which is a short film of one of the team's battles taking place some time before the climax of the show.

Cartoon Network actually handled Miller's Report pretty well. They just spliced the new scenes into the actual show.
