Goseiger was one of the best you shut the fuck up, despite all the visible production problems.
Team was aesthetic as fuck, mecha action was good, villain system kept things fresh, Brazila and GoseiKnight were top material and even token kid was good. Yeah the writing for the angels was a bit derailed but other than that shit was great. There's a reason a lot of people look back at it and reevaluate it positively, I have no idea how it got the bad rep it did.

Bullshit. Goseiger was hated back before it aired but gets a ton of respect in these threads over the past few years. Alata gets praised a ton as do the villain designs. Goseiknight was always liked too. The biggest complaint was that people found the cast ugly and that was before the show even aired. It didn't help that it was sandwiched between a really popular show in Shinkenger and a show that got tons of people into the franchise with Gokaiger.

I'd call it mediocre, but not outright bad. It had good parts like the music, the battles, Alata when he's gets all angry, GoseiKnight, the noises the changers/weapons make.
Most of it's problems steam from behind the scenes staff issues. Didn't the main producer get swapped super early in the season?

I found it ok overall, but that's only my third Sentai. The ending was definitely meh though, the final boss is such a joke.

And that conclusive movie was kinda dumb. Best part was Kyuemon being a Ninger, but now that I think of it did he even do that much in there? Oh and the anime transformation was funny for it's sheer unexpectedness.
