I've been commenting on this a bit on twitter as I'm rewatching Agito, but there's a reason why Hikawa admires Agito so much, he feels like he can't live up to that and constantly doubts his own abilities as the pilot of G3.

Then Ozawa designs G3-X, but finds that it can't be used by a regular person - except Shouichi - because they say that person would have to give up their will entirely to acquiesce to the suit's AI. Hence, the reason why Shouichi can use it is because his identity has already been totally supplanted as Agito. For him, it's the same as transforming.

But when Ozawa lowers the AI's level so Hikawa can use it, he manages to fight roughly evenly alongside Agito, even fighting two Lords at the same time in the finale. Part of what makes Shouichi Agito is his unfailing willingness to help others, whether he's transformed or not (see how he acts when he loses the seed of Agito later on). Same deal with Hikawa, he reaches his full potential as G3-X when the suit can work with his own stubborn will and heroic spirit.

It explains why the Ghost Gashat that Ex-Aid got in the movie isn't in the show, so it's obviously meant to be canon. I guess at the end they'll all be used to start the development of Kamen Rider Chronicle which is why Genm doesn't have them anymore either.

I like how different some of the Gashat jingles are depending on which slot they are in, completely different tones sometimes. Like how Dragon Knight Hunter Z in the main slot is some heroic ballad, where in the secondary slot it's a hard rocktune. OOO is a series I'd like to read more about from a production standpoint. I don't think I've seen a season with as many rumors or confirmed plot redirects as OOO. And some of those rumors gel perfectly with the movie, like the movie introducing the rumored purple Greed.

Mighty Brothers is pretty fucking good and even has the perfect cut where they both look at each other for a second before it goes to 'see you next game'.
Kiriya's death was pretty fantastic too.
But I'd say the best ending yet was Dan revealing to Emu he's a bugster, the music playing during the whole scene somehow just made it so much better. I had goosebumps.

Starts out okay, but the biggest problem is that the main writer wasn't working on a long stretch of episodes, so it either falls into filler, or filler that actively complicates and fucks up established characterization and plot developments for those periods of time.

Ghost is really propped up by Alain and when Alain is front and center it's pretty alright, when Takeru is front and center it's straight up trash. Makoto is okay in the first half, but worthless in the second half. Adel and the Gamizers are also really shitty villains. For a female scientist on a supernatural themed show for 4 year old Japanese boys Akari really does do a lot of shit. She's probably one of the consistently most productive and well used rider girls. She even beats a general on her own a few times even if it's mostly for comedic relief. She still does have her own issues but of all Ghost's side characters she stands out as useful.

Everyone else on the other hand is fucking garbage. Even Makoto and Alain just stand around and contribute next to nothing in the second half of the show. And I have no fucking clue why they promote Narita and Shibuya into the main group midway through. They previously were just barely seen grunts used well enough and then they're suddenly always with the main cast with nothing to fucking contribute but they're there anyway.

Also don't forget that the show forgets the "People can't see Ganma and Riders" plot.

In Hayase's notes Kadoya Tsukasa has a face that looks like Jou Shigeru. That idea has been used in one of the earlier S.I.C. stories.
In All Rider vs Dai Shocker Stronger looked back before leaving at the end of the movie was because he saw a familiar face.
In Movie War 2010 Yuriko (Tackle) followed Tsukasa around without much explanation in the movie. The truth is really the same reason above.

First quarter is the usual toy introduction with kinda awful handling. Not offensively bad, mind you, and understandable given the writer was new at the time, but it could get pretty boring at times. Second quarter is the best of the show by far, with the toy handling being a bit more clever or varied(which was specially well received after Drive playing it safe for the whole season) and some nice development for the third rider(which culminates with some bullshit resolution though).
Then final form is introduced and it goes to utter shit since they keep fighting the same villains all over again and episodes that seemingly advanced the plot but really didn't at all.
Fights are nothing special, the crossover with drive makes little sense for both Drive and Ghost, the third rider is a Kaito tier jobber(and the secondary is nothing special either) and the villains aren't entertaining in the slightest.
It only really shines on suit designs(which ARE pretty damn good) and in having the only good spring crossover movie which is only tangentially a Ghost movie. Not sure why you think you need it for Ex-Aid though, you really don't. The crossover at the end of Ghost, makes no sense within Ex-Aid's plot.
