Also I fucked up my trip

Bls.
Good luck, guys.
>/m/ is also notable for an exploit that allows the player to rapidly deal massive goals with it. If the player switches control to Char's Zaku, they can rapidly cast goal in succession by passing to Shin Getter during the casting animation for goal. Several casts of goal can be stacked..

Best of luck guys.
May our teams meet in a glorious match down the line just like last year.
Quadruped Armored Core master race here.
>>15195064
Aren't we teaming with /vr/ in the Tag Team cup?
>>15195075
Wait no you're from /vg/ aren't you
>>15195084
You get to burning, anon.
I'm from the forbidden 7th circle of hell where we enjoy a colorful toy commercial cartoon with no giant robots in it.

yep
>>15194107
>inb4 it's a 1-1 draw
>>15195095
I am so glad we are
Isn't that dragon supposed to be in the net for /vg/?
Can someone explain to me what the hell are we doing?
Why is the ball still in our field?
>>15195125
Looks like a very defensive strategy.
It works so far but we're not going to score off of this.
If your board doesn't win, I'm going to bulli
Well that was bound to happen at this rate.
I'm not even mad.
eat shit
all hail valvrave
>71% possession
Guys what the fuck are you doing. Fucking beat /vg/ already. What happened to your golden fucking ball last cup.
>That KAPOW!
I'm sorry, guys. That was just unfair to you.
SHADOWBORG EXPLAIN.
I don't know if I should blame PES or the Council
I'm leaning towards council though
>>15195140
PES17 happen
WE FUCKING SUCK
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
[RIGGING INTENSIFIES]
>>15195150
>just posted that when I heard Boris rigged it.
My apologies, you guys had it rigged against you.
>>15195156
I missed that, what happened
this is because we dont have jesus makabe
>>15195157
You guys got wrong presets used, I'd say this was even more riggy diggy than in the /jp/ match yesterday
>>15195163
Alright, I'm sorry council
This was definitely rigged
>>15195164
Yah me too. Sorry borg.
>awesome models
>play like shit
That's the good ol' /m/ we know and love.
>2 kapows
>shin choker robo does it again
It's just not our day, is it
DESPAIR
what the fuck was that
>>15195181
True and Unadultered Rigging
not even one goal
Well, that was pretty ugly.
That said, we weren't as terrible as I was expecting. If not for the rigging and if our luck was a bit less terrible, we'd probably have ended it at 1-1.
>>15195190
The first half was a deserved mess, that just won't work.
The second half got rigged but was quite decent for /m/.
The two KAPOWs did you in.
>>15195198
Don't forget Shin Choker Robo
I woner if it needs a downgrade at this point
Couls be worse. Luckily we don't play until next weekend. Time to change the strategy, Council.
We can still recover!
>Moment we went full attack is when /vg/ stops getting chances
Welp, looking at it after the game it was obvious i should have done it early, but as it was said by Boris, it leaved a hole in our defense, so i didn't want to risk it. And the second goal was on Boris.
Still, we have two more matches so is not all lost.
I hope you liked the new blenders.
>>15195208
Blenders were amazing Granger.
Having 30% possession was pure, unadulterated bullshit, though. As is /vg/ shutting the team out.
>>15195208
Blenders were 10/10, the match, not so much
>>15194107
Damn, missed it. Are the recordings going to be up?
Somehow I knew we were going to play bad. We lost our friendly games as well, meaning that we should have adapted to 2017, but we didn't.
>>15195221
At klaxa, probably
You didn't miss much, just rigging and bad luck
>Boris gets red carded in /r9k/ game
Just Desserts
When is our next game?
>>15195277
Next week
>>15195094
>with no giant robots in it
But why?
Let's go /vr/
>>15195204
I wouldn't go that far with Getter, yet. It was only a year ago that he pulled /m/ from the depths of darkness during the spring quarterfinals
Sorry /m/, this is my fault.
Going Super Offensive worked really well in testing, but I was worried we would accumulate too many cards and someone important would get a suspension. So I told /m/agical /m/anager to wait until we were down or at half to use our best tactics. I didn't consider that the team wouldn't have enough time to get in gear, we ended up only playing our best tactics for about 35 minutes.
I wish I had gone for it anyway. I wouldn't mind risking us getting cards because it's entertaining, and it certainly made the games more fun to watch in testing. Goldtiger told us to take chances, and I should have listened.
Which brings me to a question: Do you guys have a preference over how we play? Do you prefer tactics that are fun but risky or safe but effective? Do you like a lot of goals, even if almost half of them are made by our opponent, or do you prefer clinical, low scoring games? It would help with questions of whether to go for it or play it safe if I know what you wanted.
>>15196905
face is the place
t. /hsg/ manager
>>15196905
Here's your answer
>>15196905
>Do you prefer tactics that are fun but risky or safe but effective?
This is /m/, you should know the answer.
If we're not taking risks and putting everything on the line, what's the point?
>>15197388
This.
>>15196905
>asking /m/ if they'd rather have safe tactics or go in guns blazing 100% of the time moved by nothing but hotblood and determination
What do you think
If we go down, we go down in style
>>15196905
All chips in, all the time. Chances present themselves even they will, but how could we seize any of them if we don't go for every chance as if it was the decisive one?
>>15196905
I trust that y'all want whats best for /m/ so do with what you feel is the best way for us to get results.
But I do agree with my fellow anons, we're /m/: we're cocky, confident and flashy as fuck. We never back down from a fight and I'd rather go down in a blaze of glory than muddle through 1-1 draws. We've always been known for flashy, arrogant play so we should give everyone a show.

This image will never not be relevant
>>15195604I mean, there is a Macross 7 and what many consider a G Gundam reference in it if that counts.
But yeah, beats me. Fantasy mecha can be extremely cool.
>>15196905
>safe but effective
Safe and effective is great if the outcome really matters but for the most part, it's not what wins games in modern PES.
LET'S GO /toy/
