Well, no. S1 sets up a lot of important charters and plot elements. If you just go right into TSR just for MUH OPERATOR you';re gonna be scratching your head and a lot of the more emotional elements of the story will fall short.

Just grin and bear it, there's plenty of action moments in S1

Its hilarious since TSR has even less action than the first season and is bogged down by some really bad melodrama throughout.

There's only one episode of that and its not even the atypical nonsense. Fumoffu gets oversold because its the only consistently good installment in the franchise probably because it only focuses on one aspect of it rather than trying to unsuccessfully juggle miltary, school life and action in one package unsuccessfully.
