The Spirit Rangers in JF were so good. I wish BoA would still do stuff like that instead of the terrible half-assed cockpit modes they keep shitting out.

From someone that watched Ninninger all year, I'm really liking what Ninja Steel is doing with all it's assets. Also pretty cute how they kitbashed the Baron Nero suit from ToQger to make the game show announcer. The way the monsters are all contestants on a game show also reminds me of Zyuohger's villians alot.

Because it's not about us and our viewing pleasure. It's about helping the series grow by making it more accessible in the media in general, the show's are made for kids we all get that, and lot of us feel like the kids would enjoy the Sentai versions of power ranger teams more then the Saban version at times but you can't have them what and read subs at the same time, they'll lose interest every quickly because television to them should be as far away from reading as possible.

The highschool setting so far has been the worst aspect of it, not surprising there.

as a person that had been missing from earth's culture for 10 years, Brody surely adapted to society pretty quickly and it isn't awkward at all. and using "epic" in real life unironically is still a gripe of mine.

Yeah, I thought that was rather interesting too, a nice contrast with his anime-esque backstory. It's a good reminder that despite being cool, this guy's got some really messed up circumstances. I mean, it might have just been an instance of awkward overacting, but it really fit.

Then they decided to play everything completely straight, and he fits in perfectly, with his only real problem being not knowing test material. I suppose the "epic" bit could be excused as people still use that term, unfortunately, but it could have been a good way to illustrate just how much slang has changed since he's been on Earth.

That said, it is still really early in the show, the writing could get back to DC levels of decent soon enough.

Hopefully with the next new character-change season, we'll have a Red Ranger with a regular dad. It's getting pretty boring.

Would people be interested in parts that allow for the Legacy Zords to do this? I was thinking about 3D modelling some and putting them on Shapeways. It would include a clip similar to what the Lion Thunderzord uses to connect to the Tigerzord's back (this version would have a zordbuilder peg) and a replacement part for the Falconzord, giving it a zordbuiler port.

Thing is shit tends to be stupidly expensive on shapeways. I designed parts that would allow the Lion Thunderzord arms to be used with other zordbuilder items (I mainly wanted Thunder Dragonzord in Fighting Mode), but after uploading it on shapeways it cost around $40 for a pair. I ultimately didn't bother because I doubt anyone would be interested in such parts for that price.
