Wing has units use their own stock footage. You won't see other suits doing the things Heavyarms or Shenlong do. Seed has everyone use the same stock footage to the point that you get the same set pieces in every fight regardless of which suits are involved. Strike vs Duel has the same things as Strike vs Aegis. Seed Destiny was especially bad at it to the point that you had animations errors like Impulse transforming into Strike, Kira using Athrun's SEED animation and Strike Freedom turning into Freedom during the final battle.

Nope. All of the colonies he blew up were empty because he was nice enough to send a warning in advance. If I recall correctly, in episode 24 he blows up a small resource satellite that was staffed by OZ and a colony or two that were already evacuated but had OZ troops defending them.

Quatre was going to attack another one after that, but Trowa and Heero intercept him in the Vayeate and Mercurius, and they fight outside of the colony.
