Koutetsu Jeeg!

Ishinomori (and Nagai) seem pretty fond of motorcycles in general.

There is also Down Load: Namu Amida Butsu wa Ai no Uta by Yoshinori Kanada and Rintaro.

I'll check this, thanks

Venus Wars might count, although they're more unicycles than motorcycles. It's also a movie, but you put Akira on the list so that shouldn't hurt.

Not sure if you include regular bikes or just cyberfuture technobabble, but there's biker gang stuff like Bomber Bikers of Shonan or whatever that thing AnimEigo put out one tape off was.
Ah My Goddess (and Kosuke Fujishima in general) has bikes pretty often too. The movie has the long awaited anime debut of sidehacking.
Aitsu to Lullaby (movie)
Bobby's in Deep (at least some gorgeous scenes https://sakugabooru.com/post?tags=bobby%27s_in_deep)
Circuit Angel

Definitely.
If trikes count, there's Red Photon Zillion:

Kikaider and I guess Mechanical Violator Hakaider deserve a mention.
Although iirc Hakaider ditches the bike as soon as he reaches Jesustown at the beginning so maybe scratch Mechanical Violator Hakaider.
