I agree with this deep analysis.
Also, it's best if they spend more dollars on the actual translation, than on advertising around it. (Fan base is already there, anyway.)
I'm keeping hopes up that V gets equivalent (or better!) translation quality to G Generation Genesis. (Moon Dwellers translation quality is a weak google translate effort, probably rushed. V got planned for an Engrish release much earlier, it seems, and they probably have more costs with licensing fees, don't they?)
