I would argue Getter doesn't necessarily follow that. Usually the Getter pilots are all on pretty even footing physically, with the Getter 1 pilot being the most physically adept. It's more along the lines of: hotblooded leader pilots Getter 1, aloof one pilots Getter 2, grounded and emotional core of the team pilots Getter 3.

Getter 1: Ryouma, Go, Takuma. These are all middle of the road leaders who are pretty strong and smart. Just like Getter 1 is an all rounder form.
Getter 2: Hayato, Sho, Kamui. These are all the calculating types. Getter 2 is always the fastest.
Getter 3: Musashi, Benkei, Gai, Baku. These are all the big guys who even dwarf the Getter 1 pilots in raw strength. Getter 3 is always the physically strongest form.

Now post Getter teams or don't post at all.

Getter 3 isn't the strongest mode it's usually the specialized mode. Getter 1 offers strength and versatility, hell Getter 3 doesn't even have a Getter beam. Getter 3 kind of had no purpose in the original team and got the least screen time. Getter 3 from G onwards became the aquatic fighting unit anger specialized in fighting larger, more cumbersome enemies but specifically ones that can't fly.

Getter team roles usually are more decided by personality rather than brains/ brawn. It comes from the whole thing that Getter chooses it's pilots.

What is wrong with citing New or the Neo team? You are ignoring evidence to fit your narrative. Sho was never the smart one she was the calm one, and even that broke when she first was distracted by her zombie brother and later her love for Schwartz. Gai is literally the brains of the team, if you want to go off strategy and planning then throughout Go the entire Neo team are about equal with Go actually coming up with more plans and Sho coming up with the least.

Just because Hayato was smart doesn't make all other Getter 2 pilots smart, really they are all just calm and cunning while having a preference for speed. The third member was a grappler (often the role Getter 3 fulfills in or out of water) and grappling favors a larger user because it's about throwing weight around. That's why the original Getter 3 pilot was Musashi who was a judo captain.

The original Getter 3 grabbed things, but Poseidon didn't. Getter Gai didn't. Khan appears once and hugged something. The only grappler pilot ever was Musashi. The common thread between Getter 3 pilots is that they're the big, strong bear-type guys.
