I now have a dedicated Gundam hard drive. I'm looking to upgrade some of the gundam series I have already. I'm going to start with Zeta. How good is EG's rip for Zeta? And is it in 1080 or 720?

Forgot to mention, I currently have the A-S rips
The EG release is in 720p. It was fine, if I remember correctly.

I stand by 720p for Zeta, but make sure you find the subbed V2 pack some /m/an put together.

Thanks for that heads up! Is there any particular reason that it's in 720p as opposed to 1080p? Is it due to the film the show was shot in?

The episodes were filmed 16mm, yeah. The clean OP/ED are 35mm, as was standard at the time, so they look much better than everything else, including the versions in the episodes (the credits were overlaid at 16mm)

I've been doing the same thing. Really kicking myself for not going all in on bunnysubs 0079 bundle before it disappeared forever.

>bunnysubs 0079 bundle
Explain?

Does EG have the dub audio. I need it for comedy reasons.

yes
Speaking of rips, how am I supposed to properly use FFmpeg to convert 10bit videos to 8bit?
I've managed to get the quality down but the different audio channels get stripped out as well which I need.

Bunnyhat did a 0079 pack w/ dual audio and better video quality. It's no longer up.

>I now have a dedicated Gundam hard drive.
mine's pretty close, all my gundam series take most of a 1tb drive. in a few years, it'll probably be full

Damn, I assume that means BunnyHat himself doesn't even have it anymore? Bummer.
