I don't really like SDF Macross either, but I do think there's a difference between how it treated its female characters and how Frontier and Delta treated theirs. I mean, it's noticeable due to how Ranka and to an extent Freyja had so much in common with Minmay, and yet the shows seemed to portray them much more favorably than Minmay

Really, that's the problem with his bait, there are a lot of actual good shows there.

In fact, the only one I watched and hated was Rahxephon. I've heard some of the others were bad (Aquarion, G Dangaioh, Zegapain), but I haven't watched them and likely never will. I watched everything else he posted other than Dendoh, and it's all good, as is Goldran.
