Is there any way to read Getter Robo w/o reading saga scanlations?

I'm pretty sure Saga's just all of the series put together with nothing cut. I think they even added some new material to the end of Arc.

The changes to 70s Getter and G was the new chapters Ishikawa made in the late 90s. Shin Getter Robo had some of its scenes shuffled around and Arc was the same as the older tankouban printings (the ended was extended compared to the original magazine run).

Does anyone know anything about the saga edition of Go? DP said he wanted to do it a really long time ago.
