What do you guys think of Mado King Granzort? Kind of interested

As an anime in general, it was fun. As a magic giant robot anime it gets overshadowed by quite a few others.

Well, it's unique in being the only anime to feature children from the moon shooting pogs out of a gun to draw arcane symbols on the floor which summon a giant wizard face that transforms into a robot and shoots a beam out that sucks the kid off their skateboard and into the robot

so there's that

It's basically a total rehash of Wataru, but with a less interesting and fun cast. I can't really think of any reason why I'd recommend it to someone instead of the three Wataru seasons (especially Chou). If you've seen all of Wataru and are desperate for more then I guess Granzort would entertain. Pretty average show all in all.
