Abaranger was written on so many drugs that it became a magnificent fever dream with a good few moments of genuine emotional pain.

ToQ started rough but really hit it's stride and made sure that by endgame you were rooting for everyone, even the villains a little.

That was a really weak ending. I can't see why you all gush about this series so much. The final battle felt like any other episode. It was good early on but the last 4th or so lacked all the charm or character the early parts had. The villains aside from Bias made the show. Bias was terrible. We never learned much about him. Completely agree.

Compare with the last 3 series:
- Changeman united almost ALL cast to defeat Bazoo in space. Nice ending (union).
- Flashman got a desperate final battle using the 2 robots (and against a fucking countdown + plot twist). Ferocity with melancholic ending.
- Maskman finished Zehba and got Takeo with his chick during sunset. Just "ok" (cucked love).

But Liveman... The "fight" was bad (Super Live Robo crashing the Bias' Base), villain not getting killed by the heroes, autism fireworks and flashback from Gash? Zero climax.

I like Liveman, but the best thing in the show was Megumi (cute as fuck), the bad guys (except Bias) and Falcon Break attack (neat). The entire rest was, unfortunately, a bit generic.

Kyoryuger was a very energetic and fun season, but kinda shits itself at the end.
ToQger was an interesting experiment to say the least. It's a Kobayashi Sentai so you should expect the usual from her.
Ninninger was one of the most middle of the road Sentai we've gotten in ages. Nothing really good, nothing really bad. Also personally I'm not a fan of ninja themes.
Zyuohger is a nice return to form. Very entertaining with fun characters and such.
Hopefully Kyuranger will end up good. They're changing up lots of things for the coming season.

The only memorable ranger was the one who stood in the back not saying anything for the whole show. Stock plots/filler eps weren't any good either, due to the crappy cast.
