Not really. After like the first 2 arcs the attention all went almost all onto Tenma, with the other characters getting maybe a throw away focus ep if they're lucky (shared by Tenma).

OOO, Fourze and Gaim are the top3 as far as Heisei Rider merchandising sales go. Ghost isn't up there, but recovered from Drive's low sales. Meanwhile Sentai has just had lower and lower merchandising sales since Toqger.

Anyway, I agree that Bandai getting more control isn't good - but part of the issue hitting tv ratings is exactly the Bandai control. When you look at Ex-Aid and it has bad ratings from the first episode, it's clear that mainstream audiences aren't giving it a chance due to the outlandish designs.

Ex-Aid has been surprisingly solid in spite of the goofy suit design though. I was expecting to drop it by episode 3 but I enjoy the way they play around with game logic and the characters aren't too bad.

Plus I kinda dig how vibrant and colourful it all is honestly. The effects in particular are great.

Since this is Space themed anyone else think some of the team members are aliens they meet on the way, explaining why Black is bulkier than the others and why Pink seems to have wings?
