Are there any official specifications for these things like weight, maximum running speed, etc?
That would require them to be mecha in the first place. Which they most certainly aren't, according to their creators.
So, would they be more akin to exosuits then?
No, there's almost never any close attention to detail in the in-universe specs of mechanical things in western media. I guess someone could test things in the game to get speeds though.
You want that in Hammer Units, or in Doomguy humps per second (h/s)?

BattleTech does specific numbers things. They just happen to be retarded and unbelievable due to having been drawn up for a balanced tabletop game in the late 80s though.
This specific case has no numbers basically because (1) see >>14971644 and (2) it's a dudebro shooter game made by the creators of Call of Duty, their target audience doesn't care shit for math in general.

Fucks sake man, let it go. It was only one Paul Marketing who only knew Battletech.
And the whole team grew the fuck up and learned about mecha for Titanfall 2. I mean damn, the Ion-class machines even have Breast Fire as their finisher.

>almost never any
Battletech and Star Wars are godly with that detail, maybe some others that I don't know.

Not that I'm aware of.
Out of curiosity I tried to figure out how tall they are, they all seem to be around 20 feet tall, based on the McFarlane figure of BT-7274 being ten inches tall and the included pilot being three inches tall.
