Its always the initial plot when a new rider comes along, that he's better than the main rider even though end game.

It happens in Agito (Except to G3 when that asshole becomes the new G3), it's in Ryuki with every rider that showed up, It's in Faiz, Blade has three different people showing him at all times, even Kabuto got beaten a couple of times by random assholes with Zects and he's Kabuto!, Zeronos telling Den O he's weak and should quit, Kiva with every other character, no just riders. Joker being half a man and shat on and showed up with everything by either Accel or Cyclone. Fourze getting the exact same treatment when Meteor first shows up. Gaim the first time he meets everyone. Mach solves a crime with no experience with no effort the first time he's shown in Drive. Spectre and Necrom beat Takeru's ass several times in Ghost.

90% of the time, the first episode a new rider shows up they completely out do the main rider because the main rider is fucking jobbed to make the new guy look good. Ex Aid doesn't do that and I appreciate it
