Oh hey a new thread.

Ok, so a few minor changes. The subs for episode 22, have been changed to work with the "extended" version of episode 22. I changed just a few words in a few places (I think episode 18, and maybe a couple other places to make some dialog less clunky (meaning is unchanged, just some grammatical tics).
I think I'm gonna go revisit the first half again and make sure I caught all the QC stuff.

The Exodus rips are no longer in the original mega folder, but the subtitles for all episodes still are.

I'm keeping H&E where it was because it's easier than moving it, and Exodus rips (with subtitles muxed) has been/is being moved to a new folder.
I'll be uploading the Arcadian Memories as well for completeness's sake.

OSTs are gonna be uploaded as well at some time. I'm thinking I might convert everything to a more usable format for everyone, but don't hold your breath.

Saw this video going around the Fafner twitter. Aoki Takashi, the director of photography who was responsible for the all the great background shots and UI/monitor designs in H&E and Exodus, posted a video he cut together from Exodus footage to show off at some Cinema4D presentation meeting. Looks pretty good.

No, Future Vision is a SDP, otherwise it's not a power Canon could develop, and fucking Tsubaki and Koyo clearly don't have them and Misao has a variant given to him by the Dreizehn. All Festums don't share all powers. The general package is assimilation, worm spheres and mind reading. Future Vision isn't something Festum spec into because they can't fucking use it well for the reason. It burns you up fast and the biggest asset of it is gathering information you can pass on to others that only YOU would have. You need to be able to process the information and Festum weren't even smart enough to fucking try and stall Tatsumiya until the end of Season 1. For the majority of Festum it doesn't make enough of a return in comparission to being able to breathe nuclear fire, create storms, or freeze shit to assimilate. Shit's really going to get fucked when a Mir or Greg finally realizes how broken it can be, since one chick using it for Tatsumiya managed to create the next generation of Fafner able to repel a Festum Invasion of such unprecedented scale

It probably helps to remember that "SDP" is also what the Festum abilities are called, for the first anon. So yeah, it's not Fafner-related, but is her natural "Super Dimensional Power".

I think all Festum probably have the CAPABILITY to share the same powers, but yeah, an average Sphinx-type isn't gonna be self-aware enough to have any idea what to do with time. Like Mjolnir said, time was never of much value to them.

The Festum we "know" like Kouyou and the Cores are human enough that they need to specialize a bit more, so it's treated more as unique special abilities. But they still have closer to outright Festum capability than the Nothung/Einherjar pilots, who clearly just take one power to its fullest potential.
