How about Nausicaa and Wings of Honneamise? Both appear to have Blu-Ray releases, and Nausicaa even calls itself "high-definition". Not sure if they were ever re-mastered, though.

Raijin-oh had a remastered BD release a few years ago. There's a special edition print of it being sold next month.

No ones ripped the licensed subs though because they didn't want to step on Anime-Midstream.

Yeah, and since S2 reuses a ton of footage some parts will be in HD. Although it had some damn blurry parts. Not sure if it was one of those series that used both.
