Star Knight Orion

There were mecha centaurs which use quite an assortment of weaponry like swords and two-handed axes, but probably lances also were used by them in Panzer World Galient. That's some Medieval mecha show, you know.

Silverion, from Brave of Gold Goldran. One of its component robots, Sky Silver, uses a small lance as well.
