Neo has some serious problems with a lot of its series - despite being Eldoran Game they sure as shit didn't do a crazy amount with the ones not named Gosaurer, most people can tell you how they fucked New Getter up, it has like half its cast straight up plotless ir very nearly so, lots of missing attacks where there really shouldn't be, lots of people that should at least be in intermissions that aren't - but Iron Leaguer got a deal so raw, it's unfit for human consumption.

I watched a SRW Impact introdcution video.
I played SRW3 before, but stopped, because that game is hard, and I honestly don't know how the fuck people beat that shit.

Even if you fully upgraded units, you can't increase you attack power, LIMIT, a lot of the bosses move twice, and later on, the original enemies could cripple your units in one hit, if they weren't taking them out with a MAP attack.

Then there's I-Fields, which just fucking blocked everything. Getter Beam? Fuck you

It has the same base power on its finisher as Mark Dreizehn. Except the latter is stronger because its on a better upgrade tier.

The final stage begins with the entire player army at max will, the only enemies are 2 sub-bosses with no less than 200K HP.

And then the final boss appears; it only has 100K HP and its only action is occassionally casting Kiai and a weak radial MAP.
But then it switches to its next form with 150K.
And again. And again, until he's done it a total of 10 times.
Each form has a different approach to it, one abuses status effects while casting Strike, another only uses a (rather weak) MAP that hits every tile in the map, another tries to tank and trigger prevail for skyhigh crit rates, another shut downs spirit commands entirely and so on, and after being through with that, it switches to its true final form with no less than 400K HP and no gimmicks to it other than your party likely being exhausted to deal with a such a sturdy boss that also packs HP Regen.

Would it be sadistic to design this kind of final stage?
