Sorry, but no. The most powerful fictional character ever is Droopy Dog. You could tear a hole in reality, step outside reality, compress all existence into a tiny little ball and blast it with the force of a billion big bangs, utterly and permanently destroying all of reality, and the second you finish and turn around, Droopy will be standing there with a revolver to shoot you in the face. No explanations, no apologies.
