Enma-kun is very representative of Nagai's gag manga of the 60s and 70s. It's pretty much what Osomatsu would have been like had they not "modernised" it.

I wasn't on board Enma-kun yet for the first two episodes, but then the 3rd episode hit. That episode was perfect. In fact, that particular episode aired just before Madoka in Japan, and many nips experienced Nagai for the first time.

Their virginity was taken away that night.
