It's got good availability on streaming services, but it seems that Ultra is way behind KR and Sentai in terms of availability for download.
I don't have much beyond my Mill Creek DVDs and some bad Nexus rips I found on Nyaa, but do you guys think we have any chance of getting to the level of the big Toku generals with well stocked download link lists and "How to Start" guides and whatnot?

Asuka's actor was actually pretty huge. He got popular after being a regular on a panel talk show and forming a band with two other regulars. They were huge for a good two years. After that he went on to a pretty successful music career, that's around the time he returned to Ultra. His popularity has definitely waned since but he's one of the bigger names to appear in a tokusatsu TV series in recent years.

It's kinda the Arkham Knight situation. Jack is where they had perfected the formula. There are a good enough balance of humor, action and drama.
-Kid character is not just a hang-around. He actually does things this time
-There are episodes of different genre. Comedy, cosmic horror, punk, anything of the time
-The characters are on point. Go has a backstory, a hobby, a human love interest and a human friend;_;
-There can actually be cameos from previous entries.

Overall, Jack is not actually my personal favorite in any stretch, but it is a great show nonetheless

Right, what they blew up was the maquette, which is a sculpture of the monster that the artist makes which is used as a reference by the suit makers. I know that now they can actually make a 3d scan of the maquette, which is used to facilitate suit design as well as CG models and toys, etc. Maybe there is something about the new process that they don't want to blow up the model?

Why is everyone acting like monsters are a new thing in Nexus? Isn't Noa part of the same universe as the showa riders given his appearance in Zero and the statue in the '66 thing apparently being a Noa statue?
