How different would IBO have turned out if Ali Al Saachez led

Honestly I would've liked to have seen Ali's charismatic side when he was in charge of the KPSA.
With regards to your question though, Mikazuki would probably be even more of murderous psychopath than he already is.

I want to see Ali negotiate with Teiwaz.

The main characters would actually be Carta, Gaylio, Ein, Crank, and McGillis as they try to stop Ali and his murderous band of religious fanatic child soldiers from tearing everything apart, with McGillis walking a fine line between wanting to use Ali to shake things up and bring his own plans to fruition and being uncertain because Ali is a dangerous fucking maniac.

Also Ali would probably beat McGillis at some point and steal his Grimgerde and we'd get the Grimgerde Ali al-Saachez Custom with foot blades or something while McGillis would get something else, probably a Gundam.

Ali would probably kill Fumitan himself so he could wrestle control of Kudelia away from Nobliss Gordon and use it to stir up more drama. He'd also use Kudelia's grief to bang her. And would probably rape/kill Merribit at some point like he did to Nena.

If Ali was the leader of Tekkadan he would be the MVP of all the porn. He would fuck Mika, Kudelia, Fumitan, Carta, basically every character. Oh and in the show he'd likely kill Biscuit since they played up how much Orga trusted him, while someone like Ali would simply see Biscuit as calling his authority into question and no longer worth keeping alive if he wasn't going to be a good tool. Honestly it's an interesting idea because it's basically Death Note with the dangerous, crafty outlaw murdering people and authority struggling to stop him, only all the I KNEW YOU WOULD KNOW THAT I KNEW YOU KNEW bullshit would be replaced with Gundam fights.

Not really. Ali's entire shtick in season 1 of 00 was he was a mercenary. He wanted money and he admitted he on the side love the thrill of combat and life or death battle though he still calls out Neil for not being so different then him as a modern terrorist. In season 2, he's pretty much a warmonger and sees siding with the Innovades and Ribbons as the only way he can keep on keeping on in a changing world.

He got his kicks from killing people but its not like he was a psychopath that went around looking for any excuse to murder anyone. And I don't agree with >>14735952 at all, Ali and Mikazuki have nothing in common outside of having zero qualms about killing people.
