The President will likely get told something along the lines of "Aliens attacked New York cause someone tried to crash a plane into them."

This one is even more unpredictable to guess the overall outcome of. As the surviving passengers will confirm that all four planes had been hijacked, until you came along and destroyed the cockpit and put their plane on the ground. You'd be seen as a hero by the common folk. NASA would probably get revitalized, as it would seem there's friendly ayy lmaos out there.
