I didn't care much for the show itself, but Sol Gravion

It looks like those shiny bootleg robots I'd see at flea markets as a kid.

I remember having bootlegs of Orguss and Baxinger of all things, except I had no fucking clue at the time and figured they were just random robot toys. It was only years later I learned where they actually came from.

It wasn't a bootleg but I had a Daikengo I was able to buy at Toys R Us at some point.

My favorite part of Gravion was the one pilot of the mass-produced robots getting so excited about the arrival of Sol Gravion.
