Sensor Mask Head, because it reminds me of those awesome Bubblegum Crisis helmets.

For that particular head shape, all of the options look really good. I'm partial to twin eye and visor though.

The only correct choice is sensor mask head with retracting plates that allow it to emulate monoeye, twin-eye, and visor heads.

I've always liked monoyes best.

Honestly Twin is usually my favorite. And it honestly took a mixture of Sentai, Gurren Lagann, Heroman, and old Brave series to make me keen on Brave Head.

It's not "inverted". The eyes are "covered" by a display connected to sensors at the top of the helmet.

Imagine an iron man style helmet, except the mouth isn't covered and there are sensors at the top of the helmet.

For a hero mech, I prefer a humanoid head that gets covered more with each fusion to conserve proportions without making a whole new head, so Brave -> Gundam -> Visor -> Mask is best.
I'd want other unique mechs in the series to follow that pattern based on size. Grunt mechs can have Twin-eye that transforms into Mono-eye for sniping.
The hero mech's final fusion wears its basic form's Brave face as a forehead gem.

I'm going to elaborate on this, and I don't know if it's ever been done.
The final fusion, after the sensor mask head, gets multiple opaque pieces partially covering the full glass face in a way that suggests an expressive face, so it comes full circle.
Its eyes and mouth are just gaps, kind of like an action figure where the eyes are actually a transparent or GITD inner head piece that's featureless.
