Char could be a dad to Quess, if they both won and survived.

Quess's actual parents were as bad as Kamille's, Char found her annoying and only valued her as a weapon.
Zinnerman was not a dad to Marida. He viewed her as a surrogate for his actual daughter. He's mostly a good step-dad, but that was still a fucked up relationship. Compare to Sergei wanting to give Soma a life away from combat, Zinnerman used Marida as a soldier. Not as bad as Grandpa Genocide actually raising Asemu and Kio to be soldiers, but still...

2 characters who get bonus points for trying are Maharajan Karn and the Garancieres former main pilot.
Besides that-, maybe... No Bright in some sense? Despite sentencing his son to death in Hathaway's flash.
Another good father was the Zeon MC'S father from Thunderbolt-, he seemed kind and forced to do what Zeon told him to.
Don Teabolo from the origin is also a prime candidate for good father, seeing as he did all in his path to give the orphaned children of Deikun a good life.
In a way, even Degwin was a good father. He cared deeply for his children, mostly Garma since he was what he deemed the least spoiled of all of them and despite that tried his best.

Maybe Char (not Caval)'s father was decent? Deikun cared for Artesia and I guess that's good for a bit?
