Jigoku's Genion's a good unit, but it's pretty bad at dodging, takes a bit too much damage, has a weak barrier and so-so damage output for most of the game. Also, GAI lasts for 1(one) turn. They showed a bit of restraint compared to the Tengoku version.

Something similar happened with the Excalibur, Fragarach II and Arondight, Fragarach was stronger than both for only 20 EN, and could be used as a multicombo, Excalibur was 30 EN and couldn't combo, and Arondight could, but it was 50 EN (and at 10/15 upgrades it ends up weaker than both Fragarach and Excalibur because lol upgrade tiers).
Would all be fixed if AI would stop being stubborn with their special snowflake upgrade tiers and just used the standard +1400/1600/1900/2200/2500 mainline games use.
